2. Riwayat dan sejarah singkat berdirinya Pencak Silat Beruang Putih => Mula-mula Perguruan ini muncul      tidak lebih dari sebuah kelompok belajar atau study group pencak silat.

Antara tahun 1974 - 1976 ketika itu kelompok belajar dimotori oleh Edy Sunyoto dan Budi Santoso , setelah melalui perjuangan yang gigih dan ulet , Beruang Putih dapat berdiri dengan orientasi sepenuhnya kepada unsur pencak silat.

Agar Silat Beruang Putih mempunyai bentuk yang khas dan dinamis sebagai beladiri , dan untuk menjaga keampuhan beladiri itu sendiri maka seluruh tehnik - tehnik Gerak Dasar dan Jurus Silat Beruang Putih terdiri dari 3 kombinasi tehnik yang berasal dari  Silat , Karate dan Kungfu tanpa meninggalkan kemurnian dari ilmu pencak silat itu sendiri .

3. Mengapa dinamakan BERUANG PUTIH..................
    Secara Harfiah " BERUANG " adalah singkatan dari "BERPANTANG UNTUK MENANTANG"
    sedangkan " PUTIH " adalah merupakan susunan pada Huruf  awal /depan dari Sumpah dan Ikrar anggota
    Beruang Putih , dapat pula "PUTIH' berarti Suci, Bersih, Jernih atau Terang.
  
    Secara Simbolisnya " BERUANG PUTIH " adalah Jenis Binatang yang paling pendiam dan sangat tajam
    nalurinya , dari segi fisiknya...dia mempunyai tubuh yang besar kuat dan kokoh menandakan keperkasaan
    dan dari sifatnya yang pendiam... jelaslah menampilkan dan mencerminkan dari jiwa yang perkasa tapi tdk
    sombong.

Untuk diketahui :
Pencak Silat Beruang Putih , mulai berkembang di Palembang Sumatera Selatan dan terdaftar sebagai Anggota IPSI pada tanggal 31 Januari 1992 dengan SK IPSI Nomor : 02/SK/PR-IPSI/IT.I/I/1992 yang diketuai / dipimpin oleh Dwi Sasongko Mardiono , saat itu ada beberapa perguruan yang menggabungkan diri pada Beruang Putih sehingga dalam waktu singkat Beruang Putih sudah mempunyai anggota 265 orang.  anggota yang cukup lumayan bagi perguruan pendatang baru yang tersebar di beberapa ranting BP antara lain
Ranting SMA Yaktapena Plaju, Talang Semut Plb dan Makrayu Plb.

Kemudian Beruang Putih berkembang terus hingga Wilayah Pendopo Talang Ubi Muara Enim dan Kota Prabumulih dengan jumlah anggota aktif berkisar 760 anggota dan telah mempunyai Jawara / Pendekar Sabuk Hitam berjumlah 15 Orang dan 45 Orang Asisten Pelatih.

BERUANG PUTIH yang punya nama sapaan akrab BP terus mengukir pretasi disetiap kejuaraan baik tingkat Kecamatan , Kabupaten / Kota , Propinsi maupun Nasional. BP Mengukir Prestasi diawali pada tahun 1994 disaat mengikuti Kejurkab di Muara Enim, atlet yang pertama kali turun adalah Sdr.Iskandar di Kelas D Putra / angkatan I dan mendapatkan Medali Perak & Sdri. Muniroh di Kelas B Putri / angkatan I
dan mendapatkan Medali Perunggu sejak itu BP terus mengukir prestasi dan selalu pada peringkat antara Juara Umum I, II dan III hingga saat ini dan sampai nanti..................InsyaAlloh Amiin................dan BP adalah Perguruan Pencak Silat yang selalu diperhitungkan oleh temen-temen dari perguruan lain.

Gipateda bersumberkan dari ajaran Tasawuf  Salaf  yang secara turun temurun diperoleh dari daerah Cirebon dan Banten.
diciptaka oleh seorang "Auliyah Wali Allah Syeh Syarif Hidayatulloh Sunan Gunung Jati" dulunya disebut beladiri damai yang khusus hanya untuk para Sahabat dekatnya, Keluarga Kraton, sebagai Ilmu Simpanan dan Ilmu Rahasia Pribadi.


Syeh Syarif Hidayatulloh dikala mudanya adalah seorang panglima perang dari kerajaan Islam pertama di pulau Jawa dan juga seorang Ahli Tasawuf  Salaf yang mengajarka ILMU HATI , Beliau juga seorang beladiri Bhatin yang sakti mandraguna
ilmu yang terkenal dari Beliau adalah ilmu keramat yang disebut ILMU KONTAK JEBLAK , Ilmu inilah yang secara turun temurun dilestarikan dan dikembangkan.


Untuk mendapatkan dan membagkitkan TENAGA SAKTI ada beberapa cara :


1. Tubuh dilatih dengan gerak jurus pembangkitan tenaga dasar / tenaga murni lewat penyatuan dan penggabungan antara unsur nafas, unsur gerak jurus dan unsur konsentrasi dasar.


2. Rochani, bhatin dilatih dengan pengerahan konsentrasi mutlak dengan dzikir sirri agar memperoleh cahaya karomah beladiri.


3. Melatih konsentrasi diiringi dengan olah gerak lembut untuik membuat terminal tenaga dalam.


4. Duduk Meditasi, membuat radar cahaya qoib, cahaya tuhan lewat penyerahan absolut kepada Tuhan YME, agar menerima Hakiki Tenaga Dalam.


5. Bhatin dilatih dengan menambah satu keyakinan lewat pengisian karomah.

Karate technique

Kihon (基本: きほん, Kihon?) Literally means the base or foundation. Kihon Karate practitioners must master well before studying Kata and Kumite.

Kumite (组 手: く み て) literally means "meeting of hands'. Kumite performed by advanced students (or more blue belt).
